Here’s a few suggestions for some yummy holiday desserts from Watertown Middle School students, perfect for any holiday!

Bandna K., Susie H., and Anna P. said that frosted sugar cookies are their favorite type of holiday dessert. Bandna also said that chocolate chip cookies are a delight.

Whereas Vera D., Emma M., and Ani M. prefer apple pie with ice cream on top, Andrea M. said she likes cherry pie. Meanwhile, Anna, Susie, and Anna F. all said that they like pumpkin pie, while Seren T. said she likes strawberry rhubarb pie.

As you can see pies are very popular as a good holiday dessert.

Duncan L. had a total different approach: He said he likes trifle. Trifle is a layered cake that has strawberry filling in between each layer. At the top are more strawberries and blueberries.

Other people had unique ideas for this, too! Nicole T. said peppermint truffles are a good choice.

Another unique idea was cheesecake from Serenity P. She said her grandma makes the best! And Emma S. said whoopie pies are tasty for a good holiday dessert.

Siranush T. said that vanilla ice cream cake is delicious!
